⁠ ⁠14 days or more before the event: Full refund.
•⁠ ⁠7–13 days before the event: 100% credit toward a future birthday party.
•⁠ ⁠Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. Rescheduling is subject to management approval.
•⁠ ⁠Weather-related cancellation by La Pichanga: Full refund or free rescheduling.
•⁠ ⁠No-shows: No refund.

2.⁠ ⁠SOCCER FIELD RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

•⁠ ⁠24 hours or more before the reservation: Full refund or credit.
•⁠ ⁠6–24 hours before: 100% credit toward a future rental, valid for 30 days.
•⁠ ⁠Less than 6 hours before: No refund or credit.
•⁠ ⁠Weather-related cancellation by La Pichanga: Full refund or free rescheduling.
•⁠ ⁠No-shows: No refund.

3.⁠ ⁠WEATHER POLICY

•⁠ ⁠Rain in the forecast does not automatically cancel a reservation.
•⁠ ⁠La Pichanga will determine whether conditions are safe and playable.
•⁠ ⁠If La Pichanga cancels because of unsafe weather, customers can receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
•⁠ ⁠If a game is interrupted by unsafe weather, customers receive a credit or refund for the unused playing time.
•⁠ ⁠Play must stop immediately during unsafe lightning or thunder conditions.

4.⁠ ⁠IMPORTANT IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

•⁠ ⁠Customers must review and accept the cancellation policy before completing payment.
•⁠ ⁠Add a required checkbox: “I have read and agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.”
•⁠ ⁠Display the policy during checkout and in the booking confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Record the customer’s acceptance date and time.
•⁠ ⁠Apply these policies to new reservations only.
•⁠ ⁠Birthday parties and regular field rentals must have separate cancellation policies.
